To extend your listings on BiHadvisor or purchase additional visibility packages, we offer secure payment processing via PayPal.

Below you will find all important information regarding payments, processing, security, and your responsibilities as a listing owner.

1. Payment Method: PayPal

• PayPal is an international, secure payment service that allows payments via credit card, direct debit, or PayPal balance.
• When purchasing a paid package, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.
• After a successful payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation email and an electronic invoice.

2. Payment Process

1. Select the desired package for your listing(s).
2. Click “Pay Now”.
3. You will be redirected to PayPal.
4. Log in to your PayPal account or pay via credit card/direct debit without an account.
5. After payment is completed, you will be automatically redirected back to BiHadvisor.
6. Your listing visibility will be activated immediately according to the purchased package.

3. Payment Security

• All payments are encrypted via PayPal using SSL/TLS.
• BiHadvisor does not store credit card or bank account information.
• PayPal protects both buyers and sellers through security mechanisms and fraud prevention.

4. Fees

• Package prices listed on BiHadvisor are inclusive of all applicable taxes (e.g., VAT for German companies).
• PayPal may charge transaction fees in certain cases, particularly for international payments or currency conversions. These fees are charged directly by PayPal.
• BiHadvisor does not charge any additional processing fees.

5. Invoices

• After payment, you will automatically receive an electronic invoice via email.
• The invoice is tax-compliant and can be used for your accounting purposes.
• Please ensure that your business information (name, address, VAT ID if applicable) is correctly entered in your account to receive a proper invoice.

6. Refunds

• Payments for packages are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the service was not provided or where mandatory withdrawal rights apply.

7. Listing Owner Responsibilities

• You confirm that all information in your listing is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• BiHadvisor is not responsible for bookings, contact, or services provided directly between you and consumers/travelers.
• PayPal payments are solely for extending or upgrading your listing visibility and do not serve as a booking or sales platform.
